How the work is organised
Three pillars hold the work: health, literacy and empowerment. Under each pillar sit programmes, and under each programme sit dated events that carry their own numbers.
Nutrition is a programme under Health, not a pillar of its own. Health in our terms means physical, mental and systemic wellbeing, and nutrition belongs inside that.

How we choose where to work
We began in Kyami District, AMAC, along the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Road corridor, in communities that sit close to major infrastructure and still have interior sections without basic amenities. Kunyami had no health facility at all.
We start by spending time in a community rather than by delivering to it. Gosa took five years to reach its present scale. Kunyami and Toge began in 2026, and both began with an invitation and a courtesy visit to local leadership.
