Young adults in these communities are not short of ability. They are short of a door.
Skills that pay, mentors who answer, and a reason to believe that the place you are from is worth building — those are harder to find than talent.
Every day pairs a hard skill with a human one.
Prototyping with resourcefulness. Costing with financial literacy. Pitching with public speaking. Deadlines with stress management.
That pairing is not decoration. A young person who can design but cannot stand up and explain their design has been half-trained.
