Continuity of Care
The outreach ended in February. The follow-up did not.
Identifying a case is an activity. Seeing it through to recovery is the work.

Three things that happen after the crowd goes home. Referrals tracked until they are completed. Home visits for children who need wound care or treatment for common illness. Medical posts staffed at other MedWHOLE events, so a child at a Good News Club meeting can be seen the same afternoon.
None of it photographs well. All of it is the difference between treatment and care.

Seven people in a community with no clinic were found, referred, operated on, and came home well.
