Teach, mentor, or bring a clinical skill. Many of the people we now train first came to us as volunteers.

Teaching — Summer School, weekly clubs, reading practice and exam coaching
Clinical — Doctors, nurses, laboratory scientists and pharmacists at outreaches
Mentoring — ComPart streams and Community Innovation Challenge teams
Media — Photography, video and design
Logistics and operations — The work that makes the rest possible

Commitment & Safeguarding

What we ask

Honesty about your availability. A term of Saturdays you can genuinely keep is worth more to a child than a month of enthusiasm that fades.

Everyone working with children is screened beforehand, and no one works with children alone.

A reference, and a certificate on completion
A route into further training through ComPart
